Chris is going on a mission...

This is just for a tribute to Chris and his decision to go on an LDS mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He just turned in his papers to find out where the Lord would have him go... and we're all awaiting the news of when and where he will be serving. I know that he will do a great job and I know that God will bless him for his efforts. Here is a taste of what he will teach. Good Luck Bro and I know that you'll do a great job.

Chris is going on a mission... Part II

He received his call and he is going to be serving for the next two years in the Belgium Brussels/Netherlands mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints!

Good luck Chris, You'll be an amazing missionary!

Brother (Elder) Osmond best wishes as you serve our Heavenly Father for the next 2 years. When do you go to the MTC? As you can tell by my picture I too am LDS, and have a dear sister whom has been called to serve in Cali spanish speaking mission. She goes to the MTC in November.

Hi Christopher,
I lived in Bruxelles for a year when I was a teenager, and it is so beautiful there. Definitely eat some of those delicious waffles. I miss those.
You will make an awesome missionary. Just learn to love the people, serve them, let them see who Christ is, through your eyes, and your actions.

We're looking forward to have him serve in the The Hague Ward. It would be fun to work with him and to have him at our dinnertable.
Best wishes for a good start.
You have great teacher in the MTC, br. Bradley and br. Bond, super elders. Say hi to them from us!

I am the Relief Society president here in the Almere ward where Elder Osmond is serving right now. He is going great. For some reason the dinner appointment agenda is full. So you can rest assure Chris is eating well. Greetings from the Netherlands and the Decker family.
